Single Qigong Classes: In-Person & Online
Ongoing 60-minute Qigong class
Offered weekly outside, weather permitting, and indoors when weather is too cold or wet.
Each class is aligned with the season and the moon cycles to strengthen the innate natural energy within us.
When you practice live with a group, whether in person or online, you also get the benefit of synergy - that extra boost of power and peace that comes from a community of like-minded people focusing together at the same time, on the same intention.

Introduction to Medical Qigong
3-week series includes:
- 75 minute Qigong class per week for 3 weeksThis series will welcome you into the practice of Qigong and is ideal for beginners and more experienced practitioners. You will feel better mentally, emotionally and physically, and your excitement for life will return.
In the Medical Qigong tradition, the heart is considered the Ruler of our Being, and is the wisest part of ourselves. When the flow of Qi (life force energy) is restricted, through the heart center, we feel stuck and unsure, or keep reliving old patterns.
The practice of Qigong (Gong = “skill”) is thousands of years old, and has created a very efficient system to remove the energetic and physical blocks that develop in all of us over time.
Series is offered In-Person & Online. All experience levels welcome.

Medical Qigong for Health: Level-1 Course
8-week course includes:
- 75 minute Qigong class per week for 8 weeks
- 3 x 20 minutes lectures (verbal lessons from Elena ) &
- Course HandoutThis course is designed to give the student an overall introduction to creating a strong foundational Qigong practice.
You will learn the overview of Energetic Anatomy, be introduced to the concept of the five major organs and how to keep them healthy by removing stagnation and adding positive Qi (energy).
You will also learn several traditional series of energy clearing and rejuvenation, as well as a more modern overall energizing series for the Western student.
Each class integrates the positive movement of Qi (60 mins) with a lying-down guided meditation (15 mins).
Course include 3 lectures, plus a bonus welcome video.
